Dr. Xiaoxu (Joyce) Lin’s passion for veterinary medicine began in childhood, inspired by the two cherished toy poodles who were part of her family. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and went on to receive her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University.

Originally from a bustling city in China, Dr. Lin was drawn to the energy of urban life and ultimately made her home in New York. When she’s not caring for animals, she loves staying active—whether she’s rock climbing, cooking, or discovering new foods. At home, she’s happily kept company by her two beloved cats, Sesame and Mochi.
