Born and raised in New York City, Terry has been interested in veterinary medicine ever since she learned about veterinarians in elementary school. Her experience in the veterinary field started in 1999, where she worked as a receptionist at a small animal hospital in Buffalo, NY. After finishing her Bachelors in Psychology at the State University of New York at Buffalo, she worked as a veterinary assistant and Hospital Manager for a small animal hospital in NYC. She became a member of the Downtown Veterinary Medical Hospital’s management team in 2006 and received her Masters in Business Administration in 2012. Today, Terry is the Hospital Administrator for Battery Park Veterinary Hospital, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the hospital. Terry and her husband, Dennis, have a daughter and five fur kids: Waffles, Captain Cheeto, Daniel, Winnie and Boulder. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, basking in the sun and spending time with family.
